From bumps2babies are a small business and we rely on prompt payments to operate effectively.

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan, and you might need to change or cancel a booking you have made with us.

Here are some guidelines to cover our cancellation and non attendance policy.

Booking

Upon booking a massage or birth class you are required to pay in full via Paypal, or a debit card. A confirmation email will be sent to you and a reminder will be sent 24 hours in advance.

This payment keeps your place for you and is non refundable. Should you be unable to attend you are welcome to join a different workshop during your pregnancy.

If the booked workshop has not been attended due to premature birth or other unforeseen circumstances, then the full payment received can be offset against a massage.

All classes and massages are held at primrose Cottage  2 Orchard Close Boldmere Sutton Coldfield B73 5RF

A full cash refund can only be granted in exceptional circumstances.

Terms and Conditions of Exchange

You may exchange your booking for any other frombumps2babies class or service, during the term of booking, subject to availability. All exchanges must be requested via email or in person and must be made to the original purchaser of the booking.

Cancellation

Please ensure we have your up to date email and mobile number.  In certain circumstances, your Frombumps2babiesbirth class or massage may, regrettably, have to be cancelled.

One such incidence of this is where workshop numbers are not viable to run the programme and an alternative date will then be provided to you.

Should this happen, we will let you know as soon as possible via email and mobile. and rebook you at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation of your massage due to therapist ill-health will be notified as soon as practicable, and an alternative date arranged.

Security of Information

Personal information collected by frombumps2babies Ltd and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Frombumps2babies Ltd will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data.

Privacy Policy

This is to confirm that Frombumps2babies Ltd takes the security and privacy of our customers seriously. We endeavour to conform with the UK and European Data Protection laws and GDPR regulations. We do not share any information with third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Frombumps2babies Ltd.
